As some of you may know, I tried to post this earlier this week.. or was it last week? Who knows. Anyway, the site was glitchy, and it didn't get posted, but here it is now!
So, this week I decided to do something exotic- well, really, my parents did, and then decided to 'let' me cook it...but I can't complain, based on how it turned out!
Well.. in hindsight, I'm not really sure how well that turned out, but that was supposed to be a recipe for this...

This is the beginnings of mixing up the.. what was it?.. I don't know. Part of the recipe called for some foregin exoic spice that I found another recipe for. It called for, if I remember right (it's on the recipe, if you can read it), cinnamon, cloves, cumin, ginger, garlic and carraway. odd, but it turned out really well!
What can I say? it's boiled potatoes. In a pot. The end. |
Spices in a pan. They smell good, and they're being fried. |
This is the spices on top of the potatoes.. look, pretty colors! |
The (roughly) finished product. Without the cauliflower, of course. Or, at least, without the cauliflower being done being cooked. You know what I mean.
With cauliflower! (still amazing) Please keep in mind that cauliflower takes water to cook- so add some!
And a better shot of the same thing. TADAA! :D
